Dr. Catherine Cooper is a research scientist in the Technical Services Program. She is assisting with in-house research and providing technical preservation consulting and services to other NPS units and beyond. Dr. Cooper earned her Ph.D. in Anthropology/Archaeological Chemistry at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, B.C., where she specialized in using light stable isotope analysis to understand human dietary variation. Prior to joining NCPTT, she completed postdoctoral work at the Rhode Island School of Design Museum and the Arizona State Museum.

Logan Browning is a Visualization Engineer in the Scientific Visualization Department at Idaho National Laboratory. He is also the co-chair of the Digital Innovation Center of Excellence at INL. Logan's portfolio includes the integration of extended reality for nuclear energy, non-proliferation and defense applications programs. A notable project was the first nuclear reactor digital twin. His expertise is in Building Information Modeling, 3D design and extended reality. Before transitioning to the in the research space, Logan worked in the commercial construction industry focused on educational and government facilities.

Matthew Anderle is an Associate Vice President and Director of Digital Strategy for the Digital Practice & Technology group at AECOM, with a focus on the Americas. He is a digital delivery and technology evangelist with over 23 years of experience establishing global digital delivery workflows and standards around BIM & CIM assets, asset ecosystems, computational design, automation, interoperability, and analytics.

Biography: Aaron is a geospatial systems developer with over ten years of diversified experience in railroad, vehicular, and movable structures, incorporating Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC). He specializes in reality capture and supports HNTB’s core Uncrewed Aerial Systems (UAS) services. Aaron provides technical support and training for project design and production staff, and develops advanced technology solutions for clients and projects. His expertise includes UAV operations, reality capture data collection, 3D reconstruction, and post-processing.

Robert Otal is a Professional Engineer with over 20 years of experience working in the areas of asset management, generation, transmission & distribution system planning, load & capacity forecasting, equipment loading & power flow analysis, power quality, data, and data management. Mr. Otal has leveraged this collective experience in developing asset management practices for organizations, including the development of foundational AM Policies, Plans & SAMPs, as well as AM analytics, risk and reliability-driven engineering decision-support systems, business case development, failure curve calibration and failure mode development, financial modeling, and process automation solutions.
